I am getting the same thing..
I manually push out updates over the network once everyone leaves. However, this one keeps automatically downloading and requesting install. I feel unesy about it because one of my computers has already blue-screened. Is this some new form of attack?

(OK, and WGA updates, and a couple of other things apparently on Microsoft's agenda.) Anyway, she hopes that the update released today will fix it.

What I get in the WindowsUpdate log is an alternation of like this:

I can only repro on XP machines
My Vista and Win7 machines don't seem to be slowing this issue.

Root Certificates Update KB931125 offered for install
Came across a post that said the issue might be an older update trying to reinstall itself over the newer one and a getting caught in a loop. Check your WSUS, decline the older update, wait 24 hours, and then run the server cleanup.

Looks like the November Update that just came out fixes this
My WSUS server just got the updates and it looks like the issue has evaporated.

Download emulatore nintendo ds per mac. It doesnot happen here. Windows XP Professional Systems.
Today we received 2 Critical updates {(KB973687) & Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 3 (KB973685)} and 1 Optional (Root Certificates Update KB931125) and they installed properly and only once. The Update History on the PCs show 'Update for Root Certificates [November 2009] (KB931125)' and not September 2009. We even received a Microsoft Security Bulletin E-Mail and Feed for the same.
